Unfortunately, we do not accept returns due to the high cost of shipping.
However, if you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please reach out using our support email, [email protected]. We are very proud of our product and will do everything in our power to make it right.
UPS will make three attempts to deliver your package. After the third attempt, UPS will ship your package back to our warehouse. You have two options:
- Cancel your order and receive a refund, less the $40 restocking fee.
- $40 shipping fee to reship your package.
